No. VendVault works alongside Cantaloupe, not instead of it. Cantaloupe still handles your telemetry and cashless payments. VendVault just makes the reporting and management side actually usable.
You set up a scheduled "Transaction Line Item Export" report in Cantaloupe Seed's Report Scheduler. You point it at your unique VendVault import email address. Every morning Seed emails the report, VendVault picks it up automatically and updates your dashboard. It's a one-time 5-minute setup.
Any vending machine you add to VendVault counts. The first 4 are included in the base price. Additional machines are $2/month each. If you have seasonal machines you can deactivate them and not be billed.
Yes. Your data is stored in an isolated database partition — no other company can see your data. Your import email address is a unique private token. All connections use TLS encryption. We never sell or share your data.
